@psquid mais biensûr. I'm just nitpicking.
@psquid you're one hour late :)
@marjoleink i never used the DB password after successful installation (on a shared host at cyon.ch), but it's written down somewhere :)
@marjoleink how did you install it. not yourself on your own server?
@marjoleink I'm aware of that and used random strings for the database user and password. That's the only administration stuff I did, there's not much to admin on a single user #federated instance.
@marjoleink there's no need to, as far as I know. at least I don't have set it up like this. why do you think you need to separate the users?
@zoowar :)
@evan mais bien sur: https://github.com/e14n/pump2status/issues/4
@psquid @sandersch@identi.ca Galileo,Galileo
@erkanyilmaz that's a bummer, i've also seen it. lots of changes coming up...
@lnxwalt but bringing it to their attention didn't help: https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/15629
@lnxwalt yes "Libpurple is the library which provides network-level connectivity for most services in Adium": https://trac.adium.im/wiki/LibPurple
@psquid gagukack! (if swiss german swear words are allowed for #psquid.profanity.project )
@erkanyilmaz and also to the #pidgin tracker: https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/15629
@evan @evan pump2status does not work for my federated instance on μ.davidhaberthür.ch (actually I'm trying habi@status.davidhaberthuer.ch): http://cl.ly/OnWJ Could it be because I'm still running SN 0.9.9?
@zoowar i'll keep going at μ.davidhaberthür.ch, but would also like to try a pump.io installation !dumpio
@erkanyilmaz thanks. I used your text to submit an issue to the !adium tracker: https://trac.adium.im/ticket/16380, since the feedback on the forum has been underwhelming: http://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=26164
@marjoleink your data will still be available at identi.ca (i hope), good URLs never die: http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html
@lnxwalt it's weird, because I see several spammers that seem to have signed up without anyone having approved them. Didn't we require approval of new accounts?
