        @finkregh @bavatar yeah, that's impressive. wonder if there are scripts around that ping for open # instances. the spammers keep coming in. I already deleted 5 of them.

          @habi are they scripted all from the same IP address, then you could just block that address while you test stuff

              @finkregh there have been some ideas on fighting # # with blacklists, but none of them really caught on i think: http://status.net/wiki/Spam#Further_ideas_for_fighting_spam
